Good Death Salon is a nurturing space for curiosity, conversation and connection around death, dying and beyond.  It is an open invitation to explore ideas, voice fears, share stories in community. Being part of this conversation can be enlightening and transformative and it can be surprisingly uplifting and life affirming. It can help to deepen your understanding and to unravel the complexities around death. 

Starting the process of acknowledgement and exploration around your own death is a profound experience. Contemplating and having a healthy relationship with the impermanence of life serves to appreciate life on a deeper level. By giving the end of life as much focus as we give to other landmark events, such as births, we can move forward with grace.

Abney Park Chapel is situated in the heart of Abney Park. From the High Street entrance, follow the cobbled path straight ahead and when the path splits in three, follow the right hand path directly to the Chapel.

Access information: The High Street entrance to Abney Park is step-free, and the Church Street entrance has ramp access. The Chapel is fully accessible on the ground floor, with accessible toilets and baby changing facilities available inside. The cafe, to your right as you enter the High Street entrance, has accessible doors, level access on the ground floor and accessible facilities.
